Be part of Rail Days this year, July 19th and 20th 2008. Help us in the preservation of the Matinsburg Roundhouse! Help yourself by being part of the largest community celebration that Martinsburg will experience in 2008. People of all ages come to enjoy the food, exhibits, model trains, musical entertainment, children's activities, re-enactors and more.

Space & Pricing Information

Space Provided:  Outdoor Food Court

Fee: The fee per space for two days is $60, plus $10 City business permit fee (if you already have one or are non-profit, disregard).  The fee includes the cost of admission for you and one other adult (12 and over), and vendor parking pass. Any additional adult $5/ day. Electricty can be provided for a $15 hook up fee.

Important Note: You must commit to both days, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with no early closing. Please be aware that other vendors may be selling similar items.  Space is reserved on a first come, first serve basis, upon receipt of application and fee.

Deadline:April 15, 2008
